The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and web site upgrade is scheduled to take place from 4pm on Wednesday 30th June 2026 to 11am Thursday 1st July 2026.
This investment will provide improved system performance, increased efficiency, enhanced reporting capabilities, and a stronger foundation for future service improvements. During the transition period, you may experience some temporary changes, including:
- Delays in order processing and confirmations
- Temporary limitations in accessing account information
- Extended response times for customer service inquiries
- Potential interruptions to online services or customer portals
We are taking every precaution to minimise disruption and maintain business continuity throughout the implementation process. Our team has developed a detailed transition plan and will closely monitor all activities to ensure a smooth migration.
To assist us during this period, we kindly ask that you:
- Submit any urgent orders before 4pm on Wednesday 30th June 2026
- Allow additional processing time for transactions during the upgrade window
