Why Can't I See Vaccines?

Why can't I see vaccines or other pharmaceuticals?

A few reasons might be:

  1. Check if you are logged into your account. You can check by looking at the top right side of the screen, if it has your details there with a "Welcome Back" message, you are logged in
  2. If you are logged in and can't see them, your account has not been set up to view restricted items. You will need to email sales@iconmedical.com.au with your medical registration details so your account can be set up to view these items
  3. If you're still having issues viewing restricted items after the first two steps, you will need to contact our office on 1300 49 99 99 for support
